Privacy Policy

This page explains what information ashburnperformance.com collects, why, and what your choices are. If anything here is unclear, write to contact@ashburnperformance.com.

What this site collects

1. Information you give us via the contact form

If you fill in the contact form on the homepage, we receive your name, email address, and the message you wrote. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone outside of Dr. Ashburn's practice.

2. Anonymous traffic data (always on)

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, top referrers, and country/browser/device breakdowns. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not identify individual visitors.

3. Google Analytics 4 (only after you opt in)

If you click "Allow" on the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, the site loads Google Analytics 4. GA4 sets a cookie and reports the same kinds of metrics as Cloudflare Web Analytics (visits, traffic sources, geography) plus aggregated demographic information that Google provides only when traffic volumes clear a privacy threshold. Your IP address is anonymized before storage.

If you click "No thanks," GA4 is never loaded. If you decide later, clear the site's storage in your browser to be shown the banner again.

Third-party services used by this site

How long we keep your information

Contact form submissions are kept in Dr. Ashburn's email indefinitely (or until you ask him to delete them). Cloudflare and Google Analytics data is retained according to their own retention policies; we do not export or store either dataset elsewhere.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Email contact@ashburnperformance.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR and the CCPA respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies on your first visit. If you click "Allow" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 sets a single cookie (_ga) to count returning visitors. No other cookies are used, anywhere on this site.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post a note on the homepage for at least 30 days.
